Job Description:

- Candidates should have experince in implemetation, configuration and troubleshooting with BMC Remedy.

- Working knowledge of Remedy Action Request System., Should have worked on Remedy Administrator tool.

- Should have Experience on the Remedy ITSM suite, Remedy Helpdesk, Remedy Change Management, Remedy Asset Management, Remedy Service Level Agreements.

- Good understanding of ITIL process framework.

- Experience: 4 – 7 yrs.

- Education: B.E/B.Tech
