Job Description:

- Profile Description: The candidate should be passionate about developing web based BPM products be able to speak confidently about all relevant methods and techniques. The proven ability of applying said techniques and methods would be considered a strong plus. Previous job experience in the field is desirable. The candidate will provide:

- Front-End : Java Swings, J2EE, MVC Framework, Springs framework

- Middle-Ware : Should have worked with any one of JBoss, Apache or Tomcat.

- Knowledge of Struts, EJB

Back-end : MySQL, Oracle, Hibernate

- BPM Domain : Knowledge of Business Process Management, Work Flow

- Management a strong plus

- The individual will also be highly analytical, have strong numerical, interpersonal and communication skills, be target-oriented and ready to work in a fast-moving and fast-growing environment. High standard of written and spoken English is essential.

- Education : BE Computer Science, Electronics, MCA fresher

1st division through-out 10th, 12th and Degree

- Experience : Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply

- Perform presales work, generate Leads, develop proposals, close deals

- Provide weekly progress reports
