Job Description:
•Coordination & follow up for Quarterly Performance Appraisals
•Coordination & support during the implementation of Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
•Provide support to HR Team in documentation, execution and follow-up.
•Assisting HR Team in scheduling and coordinating interviews and/or appointments,
•Support to HR Team on Special projects.
•Act as key contact for all stakeholders/employees/Vendors
•Manage MIS & updation of status on trackers/database
•Generation of timely
•Coordinating meetings for the implementation of PCMM/HR Audits.
